What a gorgeous day for a ride...a little chilly for us Texans, but we'll take this weather in December.

I was shooting out of the sunroof and noticed the boys reflection in the windshield...something different...
     
  
Lance dropped Kevin and College in Blanco and finished the ride solo.
   
Bolch follows Lance and has the snicker bars and coke ready...among other things. He has a rule...no snacking in the car until 50k into the ride...six hours is a long time.
   
I love ths shot but was hoping to get Lance head to head with the engine...the trees didn't cooperate and blocked the shot...there was no do over.
     
  
Lance hosts a fundraiser at his home for President Clinton's non profit...the Clinton Global Initiative. I get the "Conton Factor" He is very charismatic, smart and engaging.
   
Lance instructs daughter Bella and friend Riley where to run before their cross country meet.

Lance joins JB (right) and Sandy on Mix 94.7 for the Bikes for Kids giveaway. Thousands of dollars were raised by listeners which provided hundreds of bikes for less fortunate children of Austin.
   
This year the giveaway was held at Mellow Johnny's Bike shop with fake snow and all.
   
Taylor and Ben chill in Lance's guest house while they train with him in Austin for a week. Not a bad gig for two 18 year olds...Fo Sho (Taylor's lingo)
     
  
Lance and the boys are riding to the ranch, so he packs a bag for the weekend.
